The Role

If you have experience of less than one year and want to sit in amongst the action of a growing company and have exposure to almost everything when it comes to fund management then this is the role for you.

As a Portfolio Management Assistant AIFM, you will work with more senior members of the team and be exposed to a variety of tasks including.

  • Assisting with the production of internal presentations, documents and reports
  • Designing and proposing procedures for implementation and portfolio management.
  • Day to day Portfolio administration including dealing with Banks, Lawyers and other providers.
  • Developing and supporting structure and flow charts, cash flow projections, capital allocation and fund flows.
  • Working with colleagues in Finance, Compliance and the global NB Group to obtain relevant data; synthetizing, finding and suggesting recommendations.
  • Preparing and managing internal databases
  • Preparing and updating documents, including but not limited to due diligence questionnaires, oversight reports, activities reports,
  • Liaising with team members, and external advisors on projects as needed
  • Project coordination across multiple demanding and time critical initiatives

Ideally you will have the following

·Minimum of bachelor’s degree with a 2.1 or equivalent grade

·Strong Excel / PowerPoint / Word skills and an ability to quickly grasp new software skills quickly

·Excellent verbal and numerical and financial modelling skills
