  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, processes, and delivery models through proactive problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding account status, outstanding documentation, past-due loans, and servicing updates.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of loan agreements, financial statements, and related documentation to effectively support and monitor client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with new account and relationship requirements, including preparation of compliance certificates, monitoring loan documentation deficiencies, and reviewing compliance reports.
  • Review loan documentation, submit loan requests for evaluation, participate in loan closings as needed, and follow up on missing or outstanding items.
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency in relationship management tools, systems, and client-facing applications.
  • Participate in cross-functional training and share technical knowledge with peers to support team effectiveness and service continuity.
  • Coordinate underwriting submissions, renewals, and due diligence activities, including appraisals, rate requests, and documentation collection.
