Under direct supervision responsible for processing transactions involving booking and servicing mortgage loans, commercial loans for clients across Northern Trust. Transactions are to be processed within established guidelines set. May be entry level position with opportunity to develop professionally. 1. Responsible for processing transactions involving booking and servicing mortgage, loans and commercial loans for clients across all Business Units of Northern Trust. 2. Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines 3. Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts4. Works effectively as a team member but also independently 5. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job6. Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job7. Running and creating formal reports
A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification / or studying towards, is preferred Good oral and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of Banking procedures is preferred. Analytical and problem solving skills are required. Attention to detail is required.
