Wealth Strategies Sales Associate Assists partners in the servicing of prospects and clients of the bank. Responds to client inquiries for account information or initiates transactions requested by clients. Researches and prepares materials for client meetings or presentations. The key responsibilities of the role include: - Responds to personal financial planning client inquiries for account information or initiates transactions requested by the client. Follows up with the client via phone or email. - Researches and prepares materials (i.e. estate agreements, marketing updates) for client meetings and presentations. - Sets up files on new account documentation for existing clients or new business prospects. - Makes necessary arrangements for client meetings involving travel, audio-visual aides, lunch/dinner reservations, etc. - Complies reports for client meetings and presentations. - Submits account documents to the legal area and external attorneys to obtain missing information, correct documents, clarify information, and resolve problem situations. - Performs special projects (i.e. coordinating reports, preparing account analysis and workflow reports) that require responding to specific account inquiries and issues. - Communicates with partner areas on all aspects of a client relationship and initiates activity which fulfills a partner’s or client’s needs. - Attends meetings and classes to keep abreast of personal financial planning products and services. Qualifications 1-3 years of related client servicing experience. Knowledge of personal financial planning products and services usually acquired through on the job training is required to perform client inquiries. Knowledge of a variety of bank computer applications (E-Mail, trust system, Focus) usually acquired through on the job training is required to compile reports. Organizational and personal computer skills are necessary to prepare materials for client meetings and presentations. Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000. Salary range is an estimate of base pay. Salary Range:

$60,720 - 91,080 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
