Position : Transfer Agent

Analyst – Non officer

Mission :

Perform investor account opening and maintenance and all related tasks in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.

TASK DESCRIPTION

  • Perform investor account opening and maintenance (KYC/AML)
  • Production of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting
  • Resolution of asset manager and investor’s queries
  • Ensure the overall client’s satisfaction
  • Implementation and conversion of new clients
  • Participate and/or own as attributed any projects (take-on projects, fund launches, mergers, new fee model implementation,..etc) ; analyse any legal / operational documents and provide feedback to the project team

Fulfil additional, relevant, appropriate tasks to the senior position role and business requirements

About Our Luxembourg Office
