1. Provide the client with comprehensive, timely and extensive support for enterprise tools
2. Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing the training materials
3. Perform tools and applications demos to clients
4. Assist in migrating customers onto the tools and applications
5. Assists with monitoring and controlling tools and applications timelines by performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance
6. Responsible with providing input and status updates to management as needed
7. Uses problem solving, critical thinking skills and independent thinking to overcome challenges
8. Adapts to cultural and organizational climates across global teams
9. Perform ad hoc requests as needed
10. Create metrics for the enterprise
11. Assist with testing enhancements as needed.
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience with tools and applications with direct client support
Education: A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
Competencies/Skills:
Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas
Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in writing
Knowledge of MS access and excel
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills.
Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time
Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert
