About the Role
Join the Treasury Management Client Support Team and help deliver effective solutions for clients and internal partners.
In this role, you will respond to inquiries related to the Bank’s Treasury Management products and services, recommend enhancements, and support process improvements that strengthen service delivery.
Your work will help drive operational excellence and support a strong client experience.
* This position requires phone availability throughout the business day and will follow Chicago CST/CDT.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for complex client and partner inquiries related to bank products and services
Gather and analyze data to resolve challenging issues or refer inquiries as needed
Communicate action plans and progress updates to clients and partners
Prepare documentation and reports related to client interactions
Analyze inquiry reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Recommend process enhancements and solutions to improve team efficiency
Initiate client communication to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to expand product and service usage
Participate in client meetings and conference calls as required
Maintain current knowledge of existing and new bank products and services
Support departmental needs related to escalations, projects, and training
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
2 or more years of client servicing experience related to Treasury Management products and services
Strong analytical, organizational, and sales skills with the ability to support client needs
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Negotiation skills with the ability to recommend enhancements and identify cross selling opportunities

Salary Range:
$47,690 - 76,380 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
