The Wealth Distribution Associate Communications role will support Wealth Distribution and work as a team on building strategies and inspiring & empowering Advisors by prioritizing messaging and ensuring Advisors have a clear, simple view on what's important to their roles. In partnership with key business partners, leads field support project timing and progress to ensure timely delivery of final drafts. Represents marketing Wealth Distribution effectively in partnering with distribution teams and subject matter experts across investment and product teams.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Supports the end-to-end internal communications strategy for Wealth Distribution to ensure consistent and powerful messages.
Supports Wealth Distribution associate engagement initiatives to embed core values and strengthen partnership with Retirement partners that supports delivery of an exceptional client experience.
Supports coordination of key “activation” events for Head of Wealth Distribution’s culture change, such as Town Halls; All-Hands; speaking engagements/presentations at enterprise events; Head of Wealth Distribution speaking engagement/presentations at other business line engagement events.
Provides expertise to managers and senior executives on developing organizational messages and translating into the appropriate formats that maintain clarity and accuracy of message that make it easy for advisors to understand.
Supports strategies for business and organizational initiatives, in alignment with goals from senior leadership.
Aligning to broader office of the Chief Operating Officer communications calendar where needed, owns and coordinates the Advisor specific communications calendar including comms from other areas of TIAA, as well as self-produced messaging which will focus on operational and transformational content as well as updates on strategy.
Supports and helps to lead transformation and change management efforts within the Wealth Distribution function.
Analyzes employee engagement levels (in partnership with human resources) through internal surveys and day to day touch points. Accountable for incorporating engagement.
Engage with wealth distribution business leaders and key partners to develop targeted messages, themes, topics, etc. that are critical for Advisor success.
Coaching staff involved in any communication events or presentations.

Proven track record of successful deployment of internal communication strategies
Experience in various internal communication platforms and channels such as SharePoint, Poppulo, etc.

Anticipated Posting End Date:
2026-03-07 Base Pay Range: $101,000/yr - $135,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
