Lead, Structured Products Reporting
The Lead for Structured Product Reporting oversees the Leveraged Finance platform, a broad offering of below investment grade credit capabilities, including traditional public credit (Loans and High Yield), structured credit/Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and hedged credit (Long-Short, Convert Arb and Distressed). Working under limited supervision, this role is responsible for all aspects of the structured product lifecycle from warehouse formation to the dissolution of the CLO.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provides senior support for LevFin CLO analytic and collaborate with other colleagues in various locations to ensure quality of reporting & data provided to investment team and various other users of this information.
Functions as one of the key contacts with trustees and agent banks in relation to issues and resolution of problematic discrepancies with custodians, trustees, agent banks, and/or counterparties.
Evaluate and validate the accuracy of collateral quality, concentrations and coverage tests.
Review CLOs waterfalls and validate management, trustees, and other fees.
Confirm the accuracy of various test results calculations according to CLOs indentures.
Organize the maintenance of all Leverage Finance activity (interest rate resets, principal repayments, principal drawdowns, margin changes) in all Leverage Finance systems.
Assist in WSO data, transactions discrepancies and liaise with service provider to resolve issues.
Review cash/currency positions and assess potential FX spot and forward adjustments and communicate to front office as appropriate.
Deliver cashflow projections to portfolio managers, analysts, and Leverage Finance Operations.
Assess and address training needs of staff in current and future-state assets and systems.
Liaise with managers in documentation process requirements and updating of procedures for Leverage Finance CLO analytics.
Assist with the creation, tracking, and reporting of metrics for the Leverage Finance Operations team.
Provide a senior support for CLO closing reconciliation, fund liquidation & onboarding new funds.
Ensuring integrity of all assets attributes in systems and following up with all parties for updates.

- Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data in a meaningful way.

- Strong organizational skills necessary to meet deadlines, prioritize projects, multi-task, and assist other team members on organizing daily workflows.
- Excellent research & analytical as well as problem solving skills.
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2026-04-30Base Pay Range: $108,000/yr - $154,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
