The role is responsible for the ongoing management and promotion of a product or family of products at all stages of the product lifecycle - market and requirements analysis, defining product concept, product development, product launch and the ongoing management of the product post launch.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- They work with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to identify, prioritize, and design solutions for business requirements.
- Primary responsibilities include working with the development team to determine product functionality and with the sales & marketing team to strategize product positioning, product pricing and drive the product launch.
- The professionals are also required to conduct external and internal trainings on the product and are required to deliver product presentations and webcasts to clients for specialized topics.
- The professionals need to have in depth knowledge on the domain of the vertical, should be strong on project/program management and also should have excellent communication skills and client management skills.

Work Experience- 9+ years of experience into Investment Banking or Asset Management industry.
- Liaising with different stake holders and business users to understand the requirement/problem areas and work with development team to resolve it.
- Good understanding of Asset management and different asset classes in capital market.
- Create detailed documentation and flow diagrams for the requirement and proposed solutions
- Collecting data from various sources via different processes, understand those processes.
- Exploring and visualizing data.
- Should be able to write SQL queries and fetch the data and review it.
- Clearly communicating the findings from the analysis to turn information into something actionable through reports, dashboards, and/or presentations.
- Experience in Asset management domain, Alternative Investments (Leverage Loans, Private Deals)
Key Skills Required:
- Analyzing and translating business needs to create and propose solutions through presentations and flow diagram
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources
- Experience with End of day and Start of day activities on Accounting book of records
- Must have Proficiency in at least one query language, especially SQL. (Python Preferred)

- Understanding of Performance calculation & Analytics domain
- Must have experience in different asset classes and their performance, attribution.
- Experience with Snowflake is good to have.
- Good communication skills.
Education- Engineering/ Masters (Finance)/CIPM/CFA/FRM or equivalent certification
