This is a Client Service representative position at State Street Taipei Branch within the Investment Services Organization focusing on providing global custody services supports to institutional investors to ensure highly valued services and solutions are consistently delivered.

Job description

  • Ensure clients’ queries are answered on timely basis.
  • Execute client onboarding include Know Your Customer (KYC), account opening and other related documentation requirements.
  • Response and conduct clients’ phone calls with professional manners.
  • Maintain client & internal records and documents.
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of assigned clients' portfolios and their requirements.
  • Act as an intermediary between the client and various State Street internal units.
  • Establish a good relationship with assigned clients and their key staffs.
  • Proactively liaise and resolve between client and State Street with regard to day to day issues and request.
  • Support management on ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Skills & Considerations

  • Minimum of four years of experience in related financial institutions.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    Ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of global custody operating models.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department communication.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with strong attention to details.
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Education & Certification

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Passed the “Trust Operations Personnel” (Taiwan) and “Financial Markets and Professional Ethics” tests is highly preferred
