Who we are looking for:
You will be joining the SSBI Regulatory Reporting team in the Krakow Office, where Regulatory Reporting is performed for EMEA. In your hybrid function as Business Analyst and Project Manager, you will be a key member in the Change Management Team.

What you will be responsible for:
- Actively manage the implementation of changes in the EMEA Regulatory Reporting area. Changes mainly arise from new regulatory reporting requirements, new product integrations, audit remediations and process improvements etc.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across various teams to define change objectives, milestones and final deliverables
- Manage the full life cycle of the implementation of a change, which includes the analysis of the required change, writing of the user story, support the testing and ensure the correct integration into the existing reporting process.
- Project management for dedicated regulatory initiatives (e.g. CRRIII) including the subsequent implementation planning.
- Support the management of Regnology Reporting Applications (Release, User & Test management)
What we value:
- Professional experience in Regulatory Reporting and/or Finance – Accounting.
- Regulatory Reporting experience preferred - especially in the areas of Financial Reporting (FINREP) and Common Reporting (COREP) is a plus
- The ability to work in an agile implementation environment (Scrum, Kanban) as Product Owner.
- Practical knowledge of data bases (Oracle, SQL Server) and experience with handling regulatory reporting software such as Abacus360.
- Having the mindset to proactively identify process improvements and to think outside the box.
- Dealing effectively with stakeholders (Risk, Finance, IT & Data Teams) in a global environment
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, change management or a related field in the financial service industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting applications and tools (e.g. Regnology -Abacus360)
- Proficiency in MS Products (Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL is a plus
- Experience in using BI Tools - TIBCO Spotfire or Power BI in creating dashboards and data profiling will be an additional advantage
