Offshore fund Onboarding Manager, Assistant Vice President you will be responsible for managing new offshore fund launch to meet client’s requirements and work with Boston head office and other operation hub sites for improvement of services closely. In addition, it will take responsibilities of BAU services after fund launches as a client service manager. Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for offshore fund launces to meet client’s expectations
- Closely work with Sales and Relationship management about obtaining new business with Sales and Relationship management
- Responsible for client satisfaction for customer’s evaluation and feedbacks to keep/expand business after the fund launches.
- Responsible for client deliverables and service enhancement. Understand client needs and suggest improved service model.
- Manage client expectations with identifying clients goal and needs.
- Responsible for customer’s escalation with dealing with team members and operation teams and provide solution. Demonstrate changes brought about to meet client requirement and satisfaction
- Co-work with global operation teams and create frameworks to provide enhanced services to Japanese clients. Create strong relationship with operation teams outside Japan.

- Responsible for offshore fund related projects owned by both Japan and global.
