An interview coordinator improves the hiring process by facilitating coordination and communication between candidates and hiring managers. This role is significant in ensuring a smooth experience for all parties, leading to more effective recruitment outcomes. This position will partially have to cover US working hours (11-19pm CET time).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Schedule high-volume interviews logistics for internal and external candidates, coordinating calendars, room bookings, security passes, and sending meeting notices within established SLAs.
· Communicate via email and phone with both internal and external candidates and hiring managers, ensuring prompt follow-up and regular communication.
· Provide supporting documents to hiring managers such as interview guides, candidate resumes, and interview packets, while tracking the interview progress.
· Work with recruiters and serve as the point of contact for Interview Scheduling.
· Develop and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION SKILLS:
· Overall 2-3 years of experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Proficiency with MS Office Applications
· Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
· Fluent English language skills
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of an application tracking system would be advantageous; experience with scheduling or coordinating logistics within HR Operations or equivalent operations environment
