Registration Project & Quality, Associate 1

Permanent Contract

Position Overview:

The Registration Project & Quality Control team is in charge to complete some of the first line of defense tasks within the organization. Having a business support function within the Registration department, the team will take care of ad-hoc requests, coordinate and prepare client due diligences and various type of audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits as well as for client due diligence visits
  • Prepare monthly Management Information reporting as well as the KPIs and Board preparation work
  • Operational oversight of some outsourced activities

Requirements:

Education:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

Professional Experience:

  • A first experience in AML KYC Registration would be an asset
  • Experience in quality check and project

Technical skills:

  • Advanced computing skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook…)
  • Strong client focus
  • A thorough and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrable experience of working accurately and with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of the fund administration process
  • Fluent in English with strong language skills as clear preference
  • Additional languages (e.g. German, French, Luxembourgish, Italian and/or Spanish) are considered assets.
