Looking for a skilled and proven professional at the Vice President level to provide leadership, project management and oversight of Back Office Accounting and Custody client conversion initiatives and deliverables.

What you will be responsible for:
Manage client conversion activity including new client onboardings, outgoing conversions, transition management (Asset Restructuring), mergers, interfund transfers and in-kind transfers
Support new client relationships and expansion of existing relationships
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of overall process and our operating model
Develop and support project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Implement operational changes which streamline functions, and ensure an optimal service environment and technology utilization
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to assess overall conversion status, identify and work collectively to ensure processing follows best practices
Work closely with internal stakeholders including COE and other processing teams to ensure client procedures and deadlines are met
Provide technical expertise to research and resolve discrepancies
Ensure project management is updated, highlighting all potential risks with possible solutions in a timely manner
Develop and foster a culture of collaboration within the team and across business lines
Work collaboratively to ensure effective cross training across teams to support our goal of creating a global conversion team
Act as command and control as well as assisting management across various Global Delivery business segments

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Technical or related field preferred
Minimum 10+ years financial services experience with Fund Accounting, Custody and project management
Knowledge of Investment Manager Servicing, Transaction Management, Capital Markets, Back Office Accounting and Custody operations, Recon and Core State Street business offerings
Experience with MCH and eHorizon
Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills
Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have a proactive, forward thinking, transformational change mindset
Strong project management skills, analytical/problem solving skills, communication versatility, information technology acumen, teamwork and leadership, written and verbal skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint, project management and reporting

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
