Foreign Exchange Sales, Trading and Research is the principal trading group within State Street Global Markets (SSGM) offering customized liquidity solutions and data driven insights to institutional investors. Clients engage with us across various high-to-low touch execution methods allowing them to manage risk, drive efficiency and secure pricing benefits.

The team you will be joining is the Indirect FX Services and StreetFX Relationship Management team which is an important part of the broader Sales, Trading and Research organization. Indirect FX services are used by custody clients seeking convenient access to market-leading infrastructure to outsource and automate their foreign exchange trades, while StreetFX provides a fully automated, rules-based platform that can increase transparency and efficiency to both custody and non-custody clients.

We are looking for a motivated individual to support the business including managing the pricing of foreign exchange transactions, assisting with the solutioning and onboarding of new client business and contributing to other team initiatives and projects. The successful candidate will be capable of building effective relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and external clients. The role is based in London.

What you will be responsible for

As Indirect FX Services and StreetFX Relationship Management, Officer you will

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent the Indirect FX and StreetFX services offered by SSGM to prospective and existing clients.

• Manage and develop internal and external client relationships in order to facilitate Global Markets business, principally foreign exchange deal flow for SSGM.

• Provide execution services for Indirect and StreetFX foreign exchange in accordance with the service descriptions in the Investment Manager Guide and StreetFX agreements as appropriate.

• Work with FX risk traders to ensure effective management of FX market risk.

• Deliver superior customer service and support to both internal and external clients.

• Ensure the timely resolution of queries on a day to day basis.

• Take responsibility for building and growing the existing franchise by deepening and growing assigned StreetFX client relationships.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred or relevant/comparable professional qualification

• Knowledge of foreign exchange or related markets or experience gained in a client servicing environment
