What you will be responsible for
As SRA you will
- Analyze business requirements in regards to complex reports/dashboards in State Street’s proprietary report development platform.
- Participate in information delivery and business intelligence strategy sessions
- Complete data analysis, profiling, and data mappings.
- Liaise with data experts, data sourcing resources and assist in the data validation process and Write queries
- Assist in the development the conceptual/logical data models with appropriate business contexts
- Perform data gap analysis on complex financial data
- Ensure project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements
- Employ analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve performance
- Study, evaluate, and document current and future business processes while staying aligned with strategic goals
- Maintain effective working relationships with organizational team and clients

- Demonstrated excellence in business writing, development of business process flow diagrams, making comparisons regarding current and future processes, and effective communication
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences with excellent facilitation
- Ability to articulate basic project methodology concepts using either SDLC or Agile
- Ability to analyze entity-relationship diagrams and logical data models to validate design against requirements
- Ability to write complex SQL code for strong data analysis through queries, data profiling, and data validation exercises
- Familiarity with financial reporting, business intelligence, and data warehousing principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent,
- Demonstrate understanding of Operations processes and procedures and an ability to learn quickly.
- Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing detailed business requirements. A very strong interest in the underlying detail of the analysis is a must.
- Detailed Knowledge of Investment accounting / Front Office order management interfaces ideal
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
- SQL/database query skills a plus
- Attention to detail and problem solving a must
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, Project, and Visio is required
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $102,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
