Who we are looking for:
Looking for candidate who will lead the client onboarding projects and team management throughout the life cycle for the Middle Office Recon Onboarding team and Trade Broker set up team and reference onboarding team. Assists in the analysis and documentation of information and processes related to assigned project and carries out the implementation of new or modified system components.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Bank Trust one of the biggest custodian in the world and in to the middle office onboarding where we on board new Investment Manager in to State street for Recon onboarding along providing the Static support to Trade Management team. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for the end to end onboarding and working closely with clients, Internal stake holders and vendors to ensure seamless onboarding, data governance and process optimization.
What you will be responsible for:
Lead end to end onboarding of clients for Middle office reconciliation services.
Define business requirements, data mapping and work flows for client integration.
Gather and document business requirements. Process flow and functional specs for client onboarding.
Conduct gap analysis between client needs and existing data solutions.
Collaborate with IT, operations, data governance teams to deliver solutions.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, reconciliation and data mapping.
Troubleshoots data discrepancies and ensure data quality and controls.
Identity inefficiencies in onboarding processes and recommend automation.
Drive recon projects to enhance data quality, timeliness and client reporting.
Liaise with external custodian and Broker for data set up and issue resolutions.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of client onboarding specialist.
Define KPIs, monitor performance and ensure SLA are met.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and client centric services.
Present metric and reports to senior management on onboarding status, risks and improvements.
Maintain documentation of procedures and controls.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
Overall 8+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably in TLP Recon environment ,Investment Management, Asset Management and Trade Management.
3+ Years in a leadership role managing teams in a high volume environment.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
Strong analytical , Project management and communication skills.
Knowledge of data visualization tool like Power BI.
Experience is JIRA tool.
TLP Recon experience with TLP Admin experience.
