As an AVP, you will lead client service and service as the primary contact for clients across all aspects of Performance Measurement and Analysis. You’ll work independently to deliver tailored solutions, build strong client relationships, and ensure reporting excellence through a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Service Analyst, you will:

  • Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly investment performance reporting for assigned clients.
  • Build a value-added service model by developing deep knowledge of client needs and satisfaction drivers.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and maintain customized reporting packages (e.g., performance reports, attribution analysis, peer comparisons, board reports).
  • Conduct quality control checks on performance reports, monitor changes (e.g., new funds, composites, benchmarks), and validate custom calculations.
  • Support operations teams and coordinate with investment managers to resolve return discrepancies and communicate findings to clients.
  • Monitor client profitability and service quality, maintaining documentation on scope of services.
  • Partner with senior leaders on marketing presentations, RFP responses, and sales calls.
  • Prepare quarterly board and investment committee reports summarizing plan performance and explaining performance drivers.
  • Train clients on online systems and contribute to business development and implementation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial performance measurement, investment analytics and performance reporting.
  • Strong technical proficiency with investment reporting platforms and data analysis tools.
  • CFA or CIPM certification preferred.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
