Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will work with business leaders to implement strategic and tactical initiatives, will partner with technology, operations and other business partners to deliver product and infrastructure aligned with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
State Street Markets Corporate Programs Analyst will support the business area with meeting the Corporate Program requirements. The central support analyst will manage, coordinate and ensure alignment across Markets for like engagements/ application and activities. The role of the Corporate Programs analyst will be to assume some administrative activities to reduce the business owners time commitment. This position will liaise with key stakeholders, business subject matter experts, business risk and compliance teams to effectively manage risk and build consistency across Markets.

The Markets Product Management team encompasses all aspects of the business: strategy, implementation, design, development and implementation of client facing product, trading infrastructure and operational models; risk oversight metrics and reporting.
What you will be responsible for

- Supports the Engagement Manager and Executive Sponsor with corporate risk management program tasks.
- Ensures State Street Markets compliance with corporate program requirements
- Assist Business SMEs and IT Managers in completing ISRMP assessments for new and existing applications.
- Preliminary finding review, propose path forward, support timely remediation and closure efforts.
- Coordination of ongoing monitoring activities for high/very high-risk third-party engagements with Business owners.
- Coordinate with Information Security Officers (ISOs) and GCS ISRMP Services for issue resolution and workflow progression.
- Ensure timely documentation and submission of ISRMP and TPRM remediation plans and Archer findings.
- Monitor ISRMP and TPRM workflow status and assist with SVP sign-off.
- Maintain accurate records in the Application Inventory Warehouse (AIW) ensuring Business Owner is correctly identified and updated as necessary
- Coordinate with other support teams such as Business Continuity, Information Security Officers (ISOs) and GCS for issue resolution and workflow progression.
- Ensure timely documentation and submission of corporate programs requirements/assessments and issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the Application Inventory Warehouse (AIW) ensuring Business Owner is correctly identified and updated as necessary.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong financial services sector background/experience in Multi-National Banks preferred (5+ years of experience).
- Previous experience with third party risk management and/or procurement is highly valued.
- Experience with information and business risk management.
- Experience with Archer a plus.
