The Asset Owner Client Service AVP role is responsible for client engagement, change management and client solutioning, along with service-level governance across the global organization.

Why this role is important to us

You will be joining the Institutional Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.

Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.

What you will be responsible for

As Asset Owner Client Service AVP you will

  • Monitor client satisfaction including day-to-day service quality and deliverables across the global organization for an assigned group of clients;
  • Support query management and resolution directly with clients and by way of acting as a “central point of contact” for internal teams;
  • Lead project management on client-driven initiatives and coordination of open item activities with clients;
  • Oversee change management coordination including fund openings, closures, transitions, restructures, etc.;
  • Assist with client documentation maintenance, including AML, FTTOP, client review packages, etc.;
  • Assist with identification and implementation of consistent operational best practices across the organization;
  • Build and maintain strong client and inter-departmental relationships;
  • Ensure client needs are proactively identified and manage potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction;
  • Coordinate issue resolution and client communication where appropriate, including operational and regulatory matters; and
  • Be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills including excellent time management and prioritization;
  • Independent initiative, performing well under pressure, and simultaneously handling multiple assignments; and
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the proven ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably within accounting, finance, or economics;
  • At least 5 years work experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, or related career; and
  • Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, etc.)
