Who are we looking for?
State Street Investment Management is currently looking for a Head of EMEA and APAC Cash Client Services in our Global Cash Distribution Team. This is an opportunity to work with State Street Investment Management’s global cash management product line. State Street Investment Management is a leading cash management provider with approximately $550 billion in cash assets under management.
We are looking for a motivated, team-focused leader to hone and improve the client service experience for our global cash business clients. You will manage the day-to-day activities of State Street Investment Management’s European Cash Client Services operations. You will be responsible for the satisfaction of our cash clients invested in our money market products and work closely with our distribution teams in supporting our revenue goals. You will contribute to the strategy of the cash business by bringing experience, analyzing competitor information, and staying current with developments in the cash market.
What you will be responsible for:
Managing the EMEA and APAC Cash Client Services teams
Managing the transfer agent relationship for State Street Investment Management money market products alongside our COO team
Championing the cash business team’s interests with internal stakeholders: legal, compliance, finance, product management, portfolio management, and COO team
Facilitating the prompt execution of intermediary agreements to meet client expectations and support the team’s revenue goals
Staying abreast of regulation affecting money funds (including anti-money laundering and financial crime risks) and acting as a SME within the team
Partnering with the website development team to ensure the cash website is both compliant and presenting clear information to investors.
Working closely with US Head of Cash Client Services to ensure we are sharing our best ideas and acting as a truly global team.
Partnering with the sales desk to help support the team's revenue goals.
Preparing ad hoc materials for senior management reporting and inquiries.
Presenting to internal committees and the board of directors governing State Street Investment Management’s money market funds

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
IMC level qualification preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Services in a client facing role
Money market experience required.
Client service experience required.
