Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of financial services. While prior experience in custody operations is a plus, we welcome candidates eager to grow in this area. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian is considered a strong advantage, particularly for supporting the Italian client book.
What you will be responsible for
As a Custody Operations Associate 1, you will support the daily execution of custody-related tasks and contribute to operational excellence. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate processing, maintain documentation, and assist in resolving operational issues.
As an Associate Level 1, you will:
• Executing daily BAU tasks under guidance and ensuring timely completion.
• Supporting internal workflows to meet processing and client deadlines.
• Assisting in issue resolution and escalating concerns to senior team members and Custody Operations Manager.
• Contributing to the drafting and maintenance of SOPs and job aids.
• Assisting in reporting and analytics preparation for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements.
• Participating in internal projects and initiatives as needed.
• Providing professional responses to enquiries and assisting in error/rejection resolution.
• Assist in data entry, reconciliation, and basic reporting activities.
• Learn and apply internal procedures and compliance standards.
What we value

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services or operations (internships included). Exposure to Custody Services and asset servicing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
