About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Senior Designer to help shape the creative direction of a bold brand. The ideal candidate is a creative generalist, focusing on strong visual design capabilities with sought-after skills in motion design. You’ll lead concept development and hands-on execution across brand campaigns, digital content, and immersive experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—from marketing and agency partners—you’ll bring ideas to life across every touchpoint. This a remote or hybrid position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Use your visual design expertise to create scalable systems and unified layouts.
• Take ownership of brand and marketing design assets—from initial concept through final execution.
• Craft and animate motion graphics with precision and consistency.
• Partner with creative directors, producers, and fellow designers to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, maintaining attention to both big-picture goals and fine details.
• Establish design guidelines, templates, and efficient workflows to streamline output.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while exploring innovative creative directions.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate design quality.
• Contribute to a collaborative and approachable team environment.

What You’ll Bring

• A compelling portfolio showcasing excellence in brand, digital, and marketing design.
• Demonstrated success in crafting digital-first marketing assets, including social media content, advertisements, and landing pages.
• 7+ years of experience in-house and/or agency side.
• Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Clear and confident communication skills for presenting ideas effectively.
• Solid project management abilities with a talent for handling multiple priorities.
• A passion for high-quality design and a drive to innovate creatively.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Higher Degree in Design or a related field.
• Experience developing brand-aligned motion systems or toolkits.
• Background in integrated agency or in-house environments.
