Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate is experienced in Private Markets Accounting with a background in Reconciliation. Individual will join the Product SME team managing the evolution of the AIS Reconciliation platform. Candidate will have a mix of Business and Technology knowledge and will implement a controlled reconciliation operational model with suitable governance - building scale and standardization in our reconciliations.

What you will be responsible for

The Reconciliation Business Analyst - Officer will

  • Be part of a team with responsibility for liaising with the relevant business teams to define detailed requirements, perform detailed analysis of these requirements and work alongside the technical resources to configure, test and deploy recons during the conversion phase
  • Perform onboarding and continual improvement of reconciliations post conversion
  • Contribute to a strong control environment ensuring good governance over recon process

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Private Equity or Private Credit Accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with the FIS Investran product
  • Experience with the EZOPS ARO product

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $102,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
