Your new role

As a Custody Operations Officer, you will:

• Support strategic initiatives and transformation efforts across custody operations.
• Oversee daily custody asset servicing, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
• Manage a team of ~6–10 associates: hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance feedback, and development planning.
• · Provide reporting and analytics to senior leadership, including risk and productivity tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local and EU regulations, including AML and reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

What we value

Specific Qualifications / Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in custody asset servicing or related operations.

• Proven people leadership in a production environment.

• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Fluency in English; Italian strongly preferred or required for Italian client book.

• Experience in transition or transformation projects within financial services.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
