Real Estate Asset Management Manager, VP

The Real Estate Asset Management Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the business unit by building a positive relationship and effectively communicating the business’s Real Estate goals. Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate technical expertise and highly established project management capabilities. They will be comfortable compiling all necessary technical documentation and project programs and being responsible for cost control, record keeping, reporting, administration and submission of the same, including close-out records, into a department software platform to ensure auditability is maintained of all works.

In this role you will be responsible for planning and implementing diverse infrastructure in disparate mission critical environments.
Critical Skills & Job Functions
Ability to develop and implement strategic engineering plan for region.
Ability to supervise the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
Able to interpret and revise physical plant/electrical/HVAC distribution documentation with associated infrastructure efficiently and reliably.
Ability to oversee multi-discipline capital projects in a large digital portfolio and provide project management direction to the local staff.
Ability to supervise the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, cash flow charts, monthly performance and variance reports.
Interpretation and execution of complex SOP’s, MOP’s and emergency procedures required.
Ability to influence and advise senior executive staff and make strategic tactical decisions.
Strong computer literacy which must include extensive Microsoft Office/Project experience, strong knowledge of AutoCAD or CMMS platforms.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages the planning, organization and controls for mission critical engineering operations. May be responsible for a mix of sub-contractors and out-sourced resources. Leads and supports local staff in areas of planning, staffing and scheduling project milestones. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Accreditation from College, university or equivalent job related experience. A minimum of 10 years of experience.
Certificates/Licenses: Professional designation such as CPE, CMP, EIT, PMP preferred

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $182,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
