What You Will Do:

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:

  • Develop and deliver clear, visually engaging presentations and documentation to support decision-making and communicate technology strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for improving desktop, mobile, and application experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and evaluate emerging cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools, providing feedback and insights.

  • Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language to support business users in understanding and adopting new technologies.

  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and communication materials that support change management and technology adoption.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying pain points in the end-user experience and proposing actionable solutions.

Education and Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates should be:

  • Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Technology, and/or Business, or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation

  • Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization

  • Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement

  • Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
