Your new role
As a Global Operations Technical Supervisor you will:
Conduct research and analysis of complex pricing issues.
Utilize advanced level of knowledge in the resolution of pricing issues and escalate to management as required.
Provide pricing support to client groups, including responding to inquiries, and conducting specialized pricing research and analysis.
Announce pricing statuses.
Assist and guide Associate 1 & 2 in resolving complex pricing issues.
Monitor and follow up with vendors on pricing terminal problems.
Monitor and analyze market movements and specific securities developments and communicate with client groups.
Serve as back up to Pricing Team Leader in daily operations.
Assist in the mentoring, coaching and training of less experienced staff.
May supervise activities of assigned Pricing personnel.
Price client holdings as required
Ensure validation of manual entries and accuracy of market data research to avoid errors.
Project Management of small to medium sized projects and assist with large initiatives
What we value
Education and experience:
The Employee should hold an honors Degree, preferably from a Business / Finance or related discipline.

Experience in a commercial environment such as banking or insurance required.
2+ years relevant experience in the funds industry environment would be advantageous
Desired skills and competencies:
Numeracy / Literacy skills.
PC literate and competent in use of spreadsheets and word processing.
Good knowledge of Excel and ability to create macros
Advanced technical knowledge of Pricing systems.
Basic understanding of fund administration would be useful but not essential
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Prepared to work flexible working hours.
Excellent English
Work requirements:
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office per week
- Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
