State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) is seeking a skilled and proven Technology Risk Remediation Governance Manager, Vice President to uplift its risk and regulatory portfolio governance while bringing connectivity and consistency of execution through dependency management, transparent reporting and improved overall accountability. The candidate should have experience in understanding of a technology organization in a regulated financial services organization, strong program management, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as governance and execution.

What you will be responsible for
Program Management: Lead the formulation, organization, and monitoring of interconnected programs to drive strategic goals.
Governance and Reporting: Ensure consistent governance, manage cross-dependencies, and provide clear reports to committees, regulators, and senior management. Develop and oversee control deadlines, change management processes, and resource allocation.
Performance and ROI: Measure program performance using OKRs and the latest tools to maximize return on investment.
Risk Management: Foster a culture of risk excellence, proactively manage risks, and turn gap findings into effective remediation plans.
Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technology and tools such as JIRA, Power BI, and Clarity PPM.
Critical Thinking and Communication: Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal communication, collaboration, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Leadership and Organization: Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation and / or remediation programs
Relevant regulated financial service experience is preferable, with an understanding of challenges of running a large-scale technology transformation program

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $177,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
