The Vice President of Business Tactical Solutions will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a seamless, integrated global operating model across product jurisdictions and operating centers. This role focuses on technical analysis and solutions across State Street products, ensuring service excellence and operational alignment with UC Regents.

What you will be responsible for

As Business Tactical Vice President, Solutions you will

  • Key Metrics:

  • Team metrics

  • Serve as the point of contact to client and support issue resolution for all STT services provided to client plans.
  • Work with delivery teams to maintain operational and technical responsibilities and documentation.

What we value

  • Service Excellence: Facilitate STT deliverables to meet or exceed metrics as defined by KPIs. Collaborate with other STT resources to identify and address operating model design and delivery.
  • Client Service: Resolve action items and service issues related to Client Service, Client Delivery, Performance, Dynamic Cash, and Limited Partner Services.
  • Operating Model Governance: Lead and attend client meetings on Service Level and operating model design. Engage with decision-makers, conduct presentations, and host post-meeting reviews.
  • Operational Alignment: Provide a global governance framework to enhance locally delivered service and support solutions. Manage daily and weekly reporting of errors and ensure effective issue escalation resolution.
  • Transformational Change: Translate technical information into understandable terms for clients and stakeholders. Implement solutions that meet client needs and provide support for operational solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and confidence by meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations. Act as an internal advocate for client expectations and needs.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
  • Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable.

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $182,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
