  • Minimum 14 years of experience in relevant development role.
  • Ability to lead other developers in critical development assignments across project areas.
  • Ability to design/develop based on business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, developers and testing team.
  • Uses advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule.
  • Responsible for development work primarily related to integrating vendor application which is hosted State Street environment.
  • Participate in testing process-Perform in unit test case automation and execution in lower regions.
  • Prepare Technical & functional design documents.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office (India HYD/BLR) to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Manager you will

  • Lead and mentor development teams across projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with analysts and testers to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementations.
  • Drive integration of vendor-hosted applications within the State Street environment, ensuring seamless system interoperability.
  • Apply advanced technical expertise to design, estimate, and develop software aligned with project timelines and goals.
  • Oversee unit test automation and execution to maintain code quality across lower development environments.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and functional design documentation for all development initiatives.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for complex data manipulation and backend development.
  • Skilled in Unix shell scripting for automation and system-level task execution.
  • Experienced with Cloud Controller or similar release management tools for deployment coordination.
  • Familiar with GitHub or equivalent code repositories for version control and collaboration.
  • Experience in Enterprise Servicing Platform- ESP , MySS and Tableau.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering or equivalent degree with minimum 16 years of academic background.
  • At least 14 years of experience in software development.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services for scalable infrastructure and deployment solutions.
  • Familiarity with Databricks for data engineering and analytics workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with vendor products such as Fircosoft and Workfusion in financial compliance and automation.
