Who we are:

Depositary is an independent third party that is responsible for the safekeeping of assets, performing the cash flow monitoring and the oversight duties over Investment Manager.

Senior Depositary Analyst is responsible for performing, analysing and monitoring the quality of a wide spectrum of depositary control functions, namely cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets and general oversight functions in accordance with AIFMD and UCITS and any local regulations and restrictions.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Familiarity with UCITS V and AIFMD

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

  • BA or MA degree in Economics / Finance or related; other educational background acceptable

  • Experience in finance, custody or depositary.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of capital markets

  • technical expertise, e.g.: Power Query / PowerBI / Power Automate / VBA / SQL / Xceptor
