We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team for performance and analytics.

From core custody, accounting, fund administration, shareholder recordkeeping, and performance, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity, and real estate. What you will be responsible for:

As a key expert in the APAC region, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Measurement. Calculate and validate time-weighted and money-weighted returns for portfolio, composites, and funds.
  • Analyze attribution effects (sector, security, currency) to explain performance drivers.
  • Benchmark portfolios against relevant indices and peer groups.
  • Generate performance and analytics reports for a wide range of clients from asset managers, asset owner to trustees.
  • Maintain accuracy of performance data across systems.
  • Provide in-depth analysis to clients and technical support.
  • Support client ad-hoc query/request.
  • Support client transitions and sales.
  • Provide adequate documentation and backup of all operational processes.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Mathematics/Finance/Economics or equivalent (post graduate degree and/or a CFA®, CIPM® or CAIA® would be an advantage).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in investment analytics or finance industry.
  • Proficiency in performance calculation methodologies (e.g., attribution and ex-post risk results for a diverse range of portfolios to clients)
  • Proven knowledge of market leading performance and attribution platforms (GPA, Opturo, StatPro, FactSet, Bloomberg etc.)
  • Understanding of performance attribution product trends, including models and GIPS®
  • Understanding of financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives).
  • Knowledge of risk metrics (VaR, tracking error, volatility).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced Excel/SQL/Python skills for data analysis would be beneficial.
