Who we are looking for.

We are looking for an experienced operation specialist to handle collateral management service for APAC clients. A background in collateral management is strongly preferred and an in-depth understanding of State Street’s middle office systems such as GTM, RKS, CMW, and Colline would be ideal.

What you will be responsible for.

As Collateral Management Specialist:

· Be able to process and/or perform quality review of daily/monthly activities to ensure all is accurately reflected into client portfolios.

· Ability on multiple tasks and complete with good data quality and efficiency control.

· Ensure client escalations and queries are resolved by responding and escalating as appropriate and timely.

· Conduct high-level analysis in specific area of expertise, identify and resolve work-processing issues, make suggestions to streamline operations.

· Manage requests from both internal and external clients.

· Be confident in communicating business cases with clients or brokers or internal teams with good information delivery for result.

· Involvement in systems mechanics, maintenance and process review of various proprietary applications.

· Assist internal and external knowledge transfer of optional task process and system operation.

· Onboard new business, support system conversion or internal/external initiatives.

· Ongoing analysis to ensure understanding of existing clients to support organic client growth.

· Ensure a high quality standards of service to customers.

· Maintain/Manage a good service delivery to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators

Education & Preferred Qualifications.

· Bachelor and above degree.

· 4+ years of experience in Finance Industry and preferably within collateral management.

· Strong Excel skills, experience with collateral management systems is strongly preferred.

· Knowledge of financial instruments, is FX, Fixed Income, Equity and the collateralization process for OTC, CCP, Repo and Securities Lending.

· Good understanding of Middle Office process.
