About the Role
Join our Complex Instrument Onboarding team to drive strategic initiatives and enhance service capabilities. This role focuses on business and data analysis to support complex instrument onboarding across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding for bank loans and derivatives, including Wall Street Office setup and documentation.
  • Deliver high-priority projects across all phases.
  • Trade File Automation: Coordinate FTP setups and troubleshoot trade blotter and unsettled trades file flows with clients.
  • Gather and document requirements; monitor progress and quality.
  • Support business testing and post-deployment checks.
  • Validate data, reconcile positions, and manage reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate with operations and technology teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with bank loan processing; WSO knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel a plus).
  • SQL/database query skills a plus.

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $127,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
