Who we are looking for
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional, to join our Global Regulatory Liaison Office. The Regulatory Interactions Vice President will play a vital role in the strategic management and execution of State Street’s interactions with our global regulators. Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority are required.
The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home (1 day per week) and office (4 days per week).

What you will be responsible for
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on supervisory focus areas and regulatory updates to support execution of regulatory strategy
Tracking and maintaining the regulatory coverage plan for key regulators globally
Advancing and promoting firmwide protocols for regulatory interactions
Creating briefing materials and providing credible review in preparation for successful interactions with regulators
Tracking and reporting on the frequency and quality of regulatory interactions, and summarizing key regulatory themes
Contributing to GRLO communications around regulatory themes and focus
Fostering proactive relationships with regulatory counterparts and internal key constituents
Handle sensitive information with great discretion and maintain confidentiality

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starting mindset
Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics concisely
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Education and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 5-7 years' management in financial services experience in any of the following disciplines: Compliance, Audit, or equivalent work experience
Salary Range:
$115 000 - $190 000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
