This role requires a deep understanding of custody operations, risk management, and client servicing, with the ability to lead transformation efforts as well as execution on global footprint strategy and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be responsible for
As part of the Custody and Complex Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration as well as manage deliverables that support the senior management in managing the business and effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure.
Your new role
As a Senior Custody Operations Team Manager you will:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of cash operations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with local and EU regulations (including AML and reporting obligations)
- Manage, motivate, and develop large teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance
- Champion staff development programs, including upskilling and transformation initiatives to future-proof the workforce
- Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements, leveraging automation, re-engineering, and best practices to optimise productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee risk management deliverables, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and minimising exposure. Lead strategic initiatives and process improvements across custody functions.
- Support client onboarding, service reviews, and escalations, maintaining high standards of client servicing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on strategic goals and support senior management in business oversight

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Over 7 years’ experience in Financial Services Industry, with a focus on cash operations, operations management, or technology.
- Prior experience in process documentation and operational leadership is preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
