About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead Legal Innovation and Business Intelligence within our Legal Department. In this role, you will spearhead transformative initiatives that modernize legal operations, leveraging both traditional and AI-driven workflows—including Microsoft Copilot—to deliver measurable efficiencies and actionable insights. You will oversee a team of four professionals and design data-driven solutions—dashboards, analytics, and reporting—that enable informed decision-making and operational excellence, with a strong focus on contract analytics and outside counsel spend management.

Key Responsibilities

As VP, Legal Innovation and Business Intelligence, you will:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive innovation and business intelligence strategy for the Legal Department.

  • Lead initiatives to automate workflows and enhance process efficiency.

  • Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights, including contract performance metrics and outside counsel spend analysis.

  • Manage and mentor a team of four professionals.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with enterprise priorities.

  • Expertise in workflow automation tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, Copilot).

  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and decision-making.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.

Salary Range:

$140,000 - $222,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
