State Street Wealth Services seeks to enable wealth advisors and their investment managers to achieve better outcomes for their clients and themselves, and enable revenue growth across all areas of State Street. It includes two operating businesses, Wealth Platforms (comprising CRD Wealth software, software services and investment advisory) and Wealth Custody. With over $3 trillion in wealth related assets CRD Wealth is a leading provider of investment technology for wealth managers, providing portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, compliance capabilities, and manager / sponsor connectivity. We are investing heavily in the business to drive its continued success in innovating and serving enterprise wealth manager client needs.
The Wealth Platforms business is seeking a Head of Product Strategy and Growth for CRD Wealth and Advisor Platforms (Managing Director) to accelerate adoption of CRD Wealth through strategic leadership and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Leadership: Accelerate platform growth by guiding the development of CRD Wealth’s product strategy based on market intelligence, client needs, and Charles River’s unique right to win in the wealth space, including driving prioritization of resources toward highest value opportunities
- Product Roadmap Development: Work across CRD’s Product organization to translate strategic direction into actionable product priorities and execution-oriented roadmaps
- Product Governance: establish and own an effective product governance framework to manage delivery of CRD Wealth product roadmap including hiring, tracking of delivery, and change management
- Partnerships: Identify innovative ways to collaborate with other wealthtech platforms and service providers that compliment CRD Wealth’s value proposition and enhances its right to win
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions
- Growth Products: Oversee team responsible for manager / sponsor connectivity and software services
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and professional services to ensure cohesive execution and client success
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in wealth tech, wealth management & advisory, fintech, or enterprise software
- Deep understanding of wealth software and platforms
- Proven track record of leading large-scale growth initiatives for software products at enterprise firms including product strategy, resource prioritization, and roadmap definition
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering complex product initiatives.
- Track record of collaborating with third-party software platforms and commercializing partnerships
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, data integration, and open architecture solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
