Network Management Billing - Assistant Manager

Who we are looking for
As part of the Network Billing Team in India the candidate will play a key role in the sub custody billing process and be responsible for accurately validating sub custodian invoices against signed fee schedules and participate in a new billing tool implementation (Myriad). As a sub- group of Network Management, the Candidate will partner closely with the Network Managers and the Business Groups to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

What you will be responsible for
As Network Billing Officer you will
Check the accuracy of sub custodian invoices against signed fee schedules
Provide necessary timely and accurate information for payment instructions
Maintain team trackers
Updating of sub custody invoicing tool
Communicate with relevant internal teams and sub custodians
Identify control gaps within the process and propose changes
Participate in new tool implementation (Myriad)

Ability to interact with on-shore and off-shore teams to resolve inquiries and understanding when to escalate.
Additional requirements
Prior Billing Operation experience
Comfortable using a variety of systems and applications all day
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking skills to effectively use a mix of art and science to understand the invoices and the calculation behind the charges
Open to learning new tool and openly embrace process change
Team will follow 12:00 to 21:00 shift and India holiday calendar
