We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master & Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in Agile delivery, risk management, and large-scale migration programs. This role will manage multiple Agile teams and lead complex migration initiatives for the Insurance Platform under Global Technology Services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical knowledge, and proven experience in driving transformation projects across distributed environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across teams.
  • Lead large-scale migration programs (e.g., data center exits, cloud adoption, platform modernization) with end-to-end accountability.
  • Develop migration strategies, manage cutover plans, and coordinate technical dependencies across infrastructure, applications, and security teams.
  • Track milestones, risks, and budgets for complex migration initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business, technology, and vendor teams for migration and transformation projects.
  • Provide clear reporting and executive updates on progress and risk mitigation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentor teams on Agile and migration best practices, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Core / Must-have Skills

  • Strong experience managing multiple Agile teams and ceremonies.
  • Proven experience in risk management, including identification, mitigation planning, and escalation for large-scale programs.
  • Proven track record in data center migrations, cloud transitions, and application modernization.
  • Expertise in planning, dependency management, and cutover execution.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and security controls.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and enterprise migration tools.
  • Certifications such as PMI-ACP, Scrum Master Certified, SAFe, and PMP preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and technical project management, with a focus on large-scale migrations, risk management, and enterprise transformations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in Agile and Project Management are highly desirable.

Minimum Salary:

zł182,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
