ETF Basket Creation, Senior Associate

The Senior Associate will oversee the ETF Basket Operations team and deliver high-quality services to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and ETF servicing, including basket creation and in-kind trade generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Oversight & Client Service
- Oversee the basket operations team and collaborate with associates to manage a client book.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of ETF-related activities.
- Basket Creation & Trade Processing
- Responsible for ETF basket creation, in-kind trade generation, and file dissemination.
- Validate basket components and ensure compliance with operational controls.
- Platform Expertise
- Utilize ETF Global Platform (ETFGP) and Fund Connect for basket creation and trade execution.
- Maintain proficiency in systems and tools critical to ETF servicing.
- Process & Control Enhancement
- Contribute to the enhancement of the servicing model.
- Ensure robust understanding and application of process and control frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds and ETF servicing processes.
- Hands-on experience with ETF basket creation and in-kind trade generation.
- Proficiency in ETF Global Platform and Fund Connect.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Salary Range:
$52,000 - $84,760 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
