Role Summary
Lead agile development teams working on the State Street core data platform. Drive client migrations, implement enhancements, and ensure reliable production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence.
Role Description
Oversee end-to-end software development in an agile environment
Lead client migration projects from legacy systems
Implement client-driven enhancements and support existing users
Coordinate with support, infrastructure, and testing teams
Manage weekend deployment activities as needed
Mentor and guide team members
Core/Must have skills
Advanced proficiency in Snowflake
Expertise in PL/SQL.
Well versed with Agile methodology, GitHUB
Strong experience with Databricks
Working experience on Microsoft Azure
Good to have skills
Experience with Databricks DLTs, Iceberg Catalogs
Familiarity with Photon UI, Node, Java Scripts.
Data Analysis and Data Transformation.
Financial domain knowledge
