( accounting & reporting). Monitoring production enviornments , Address application issues that come via tickets , emails , phone calls and automated alerts.Deploy applications to UAT and production enviornments . Understand the application within GLS Suite .
1. Resolve daily accounting and system/application issues
2. Communicate daily with various members within the company to ensure proper production support.
3. Act as and liaison between the developers and the users in explaining accounting concepts for new reports or system enhancements
4. Train users on the basic functions of the accounting software and it’s related applications
5. Reproduce production problems by testing in beta/test environment prior to release into production
6. Work closely with developers to test enhancements and upgrades.
7. 2 to 4 years of experience
