What you will be responsible for:
As Alternative Operations Treasury, Assistant Vice President, you will
- Oversee a team of Associates and Officers, ensuring compliance with FTTOP, Travel Rule, operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Review dashboards and reports at the end of the day to confirm completeness and sign off on applicable checklists. Address questions and escalations from the team. Manage hiring and training of new team members.
- Initiate and approve client wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols. Identify input errors or potentially suspicious transaction activity and take appropriate action.
- Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues.
- Address and resolve inquiries from clients and internal teams promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in client calls, investor due diligence meetings, and internal discussions.
- Coordinate the implementation of new clients, funds, systems, and processes. Assist with client conversions and other strategic projects.
- Maintain and monitor open items, issue logs, and project lists.
- Implement system enhancements and conduct business unit acceptance testing for treasury applications.
- Identify and implement consistent operational best practices to drive efficiency and compliance.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry
- Experience in working with payments required
- Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $157,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
