Who we are looking for:
State Street Alpha Implementation team is looking for an EMEA Change Management Lead to drive management of changes in scope from Service Definition to Go Live across the Alpha platform.
We’re looking for professionals with experience across front and middle office operating models, business analysis, data management and project management disciplines.
The role will be part of our Business Integration Practice and span the lifecycle of an implementation which may be from 6 months to multiyear. Activities range from engaging with clients, internal workstream leads, and internal business units to manage client-requested changes to scope and timeline for a successful go live.

What you will be responsible for:
As VP – Change Management Lead, you will
- Working with Client Implementation Executives, seek early engagement on new client deals and ensure Change Management process is planned, resourced, communicated and effectively embedded
- Lead client interactions on Change. Working with internal and external stakeholder, assess new change requests and provide client feedback and challenge as appropriate
- Demonstrate ownership of Change Management process across EMEA deals, providing leadership and direction to internal and external stakeholders
- Working with Program Leadership, ensure impact of client change to overall program delivery is measured and communicated through executive reporting with escalations as required
- Engage with Global Delivery partners to ensure correct governance of non-standard solutions to change requests
- Support Global Delivery partners with standing up of Change Management model in production environment post go-live
- Drive continuous improvement in the EMEA Alpha Change Management process to increase scalability and consistency. Contribute to the design and implementation of Global Alpha Standards for Change
- Develop Change Management as a revenue stream and ensure all non-chargeable work is validated and recorded
- Deputise for EMEA Client Change Manager when required and support development of new and junior staff members
- Gain an understanding of target operating models
- Proactively raise risks and issues effectively within the program, drive solutions and effectively communicate options
- If applicable, manage staff ensuring the process for objective setting and PPR is followed. Manage the workload balance for the team
- Ensure practice is aligned to programme activities and governance. Leverage the ASIS standards and feedback on changes/improvements

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably Investment Management / Asset Management
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back-office functions
- Exposure to Charles River or any other front office systems is preferred
- Experience in implementation of large client onboardings with complex architecture, multiple teams and functionalities
