The Project Cricket Integration Analyst, AVP serves as a key member of the Project Cricket Integration Management Office (IMO) to contribute in the integration activities in support of the successful incorporation of the JV into day to day State Street Operations The Integration analyst, AVP is responsible for following the defined program governance standards and confirming these are consistently adhered to across assigned Workstreams. S/he will be expected to support the ongoing activities of the Integration Management Office while working closely with stakeholders across assigned Workstreams.
Specific responsibilities include:
Working closely with IMO management team assists in Workstream alignment activities
Responsible for collecting, compiling, tracking and monitoring weekly workstream status for key milestones and activities across all workstreams
Establishes relationships with IMO team, Workstream leads and other Business Stakeholders
Assists in planning working sessions for IMO alignment
Documents notes, minutes and action items across IMO team and workstream lead sessions
Ensures activities are completed within assigned timeframes
Presents risk and issues and any workstream road blocks to management.
Actively engages in plan creation and works closely with management to ensure successful execution of activities against the plan
Supports the Integration Management Office for Project Cricket by learning all Workstreams and establishes a clear understanding of plans across the program
Proactively follows-up on outstanding tasks and activities with assignees and reports status updates in daily meetings
Develops solutions and approaches to resolve problems with in workstreams and effectively communicates thoughts to management and executives
Consolidates and reviews change requests with management to drive approvals and document all outcomes to ensure team is in compliance with program management standards
Responsible for drafting and reviewing week in review status and upcoming priorities with IMO management
Qualifications:
5+ years project management/program management skills with proven ability to execute difficult project implementations
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage work-load
Demonstrated ability to work across business lines
Must display an ability to follow-through and drive all tasks through to completion
Experience with executive level presentations
Demonstrated ability to interact and influence peers and managers
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Good understanding of State Street businesses considered a plus
Results oriented ownership mentality; self-motivated, self-assured
