Treasury Accountant responsible for timely and accurately performing daily and monthly various type of reconciliations. He/She must contribute to the team on technical matters, as well as providing leadership and direction to the team members, in both quality of service and communication with internal clients and other supporting departments, showing team player’s mindset.

What you will be responsible for:
Perform accurately and timely cash, securities and balance sheet reconciliations
Report accordingly as per agreed escalation path.
Be familiar with team corporate documentation on processes, procedures and controls
Participate in recurring procedures revision and update
Co-participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products within his/her department
Be familiar with Company and Departmental policies
What we value:
Advance Language skills, written and verbal in English and country language if required
PC application knowledge and good Excel skill-set are necessary
Understands and can explain the money market and stock market transaction.
Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under time pressure, give accurate and timely delivery
Pro-active approach, with initiative, detailed oriented and reliability
Attention to detail crucial
Level Of Education:
Accountancy or Business related degree (preferred)
Previous Level Of Experience: 2 years of professional experience in financial services industry (previous experience within finance would be a plus)

Minimum Salary:
zł68,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
